My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient with nearby shopping and dining options at Zona Rosa, but the rooms were disappointing with mold on the toilet and unclean sinks. The service, particularly from the front desk, was inconsistent. The dining experience was okay but could have offered more variety. However, the hotel's highlight was the ample seating areas for different meal times and happy hour.
My stay at the Embassy Suites was a mixed experience. The rooms had some issues like dead vegetation on the floors and old carpet, but the hotel was more expensive than expected. On the bright side, the service was fantastic, especially Jacob and Christopher. The location was super convenient to shopping and dining.

The location was very convenient near the airport, but the strong smell of chlorine near the hot tub was a downside. The dining options were varied but could have been better stocked.
